Hello!

I’m Lindsay and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Beyond that, I am also a human being that feels privileged to hold space for you and your story. Our stories are vast and unique and deserve to be held with the utmost compassion. I am here to help you navigate what it means for you to move toward healing and believe each and every one of us has the capacity to heal.

Often, this journey begins when we bravely step into our stories and allow ourselves to show up and be seen, despite the possible fear and messiness that can come with it. I believe you are here because you are courageously taking a step to discover what it feels like to show up for yourself, to allow someone to walk alongside you in your humanity and to begin the process of healing.

In my practice, I work with women who are searching for more wholeness in their life. Women who are feeling consumed or distracted with doubt, fear, overwhelm, anxiety and sadness - in their work life, within themselves or in their relationships.  I work with women who are learning to lay perfectionism to rest, learning to instill compassion for themselves and learning what it looks like to prioritize their own growth and healing.

Through a holistic approach and incorporating mind and body work as necessary, I want to support you in rediscovering your value, how to manage the unique challenges you may be experiencing, how to safely come back to yourself and how to show up authentically as yourself, creating space for more joy and more connectedness.

I believe the therapist client relationship is the most valuable component of therapy and embrace curiosity as a way to better support your unique needs. I work collaboratively with you to uncover your strength, wisdom and resilience in navigating this thing called life.
